Live Forum is offering status-specific tracks and programming designed to create more meaningful, high-value experiences at every advisor level. Tickets are available for either the Certified/Advanced track or the Pro/Fora X track.
Please purchase the ticket for your current status level.
If you reach Pro or Fora X status before Sept. 1, 2026 and previously purchased a Certified/Advanced ticket, your placement in the speed networking track is subject to availability and not guaranteed. Any changes after Sept. 1, you will remain in your current track.

Speed Networking is a series of 9-minute, high-impact meetings where you’ll be paired with another advisor at a similar level and with comparable books of business to connect one-on-one with our travel partners. After each appointment, you’ll move to a new table during a 3-minute transition, giving you the chance to meet many partners in a short time.
This is a great opportunity to learn about new products, properties, and offerings, ask targeted questions, and grow your partner network efficiently.

When & where is Live Forum 2026?
Live Forum will take place November 3–5, 2026, held at Ice Palace Studios in the heart of Downtown Miami.
Who can attend?
Live Forum 2026 is open to all Fora Advisors (Certified or higher), regardless of status level. We'll welcome over 800 advisors and over 300 preferred partners. Please note, guests are not allowed at any Live Forum programming.
Please note that you must be Certified to attend our in-person events and must follow all of Fora’s Policies & Community Guidelines. Any violation of these policies may result in cancellation of your ticket.
Are tickets refundable or transferable?
No, all tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
What happens if I purchased a Certified/Advanced ticket and then became Pro or Fora x?
If you achieve Pro/Fora X status by September 1, 2026 and previously purchased a Certified/Advanced ticket, you will be moved into the Pro/X track only if availability allows.
What is the deadline to secure my ticket?
Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis, and availability is limited. We strongly recommend securing your spot early to ensure you don’t miss out on this exclusive event.
What is the ticket release schedule?
Advisor tickets will follow the below tiered release schedule:
April 30 - Fora X Pre-Sale
May 5 - Pro Pre-Sale
May 12 - General On Sale
Is this the only Live Forum in 2026?
Yes! Our flagship conference will be the only Live Forum in 2026.
Will there be a remote option if I cannot make it?
At this time, Live Forum is an in-person-only event. A remote option will not be available.
Is any of the Live Forum programming optional?
Programming on November 3, including the Welcome Party & Badge Pickup is optional this year. Advisors will have the option to pick up their badges at the conference on November 4.
Both full conference days (November 4+5) are mandatory attendance.
If you are not attending the Welcome Party & Badge Pickup on November 3, please plan accordingly to ensure you will arrive at the venue by 8AM on November 4 for registration.
Will there be Partner-Hosted Experiential Programming?
Any partner-hosted events will be at the sole discretion of the supplier and will be available to attending Pro & Fora X advisors per our partner-hosted events policy.
What if I am traveling for this event?
Travel costs, including airfare and accommodations, are at your own expense. We will be offering hotel room blocks at the below hotels, which will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Room block booking links will be shared in your confirmation email after ticket purchase.
Miami Marriott, Biscayne Bay – $229/night plus taxes and fees
Hyatt Regency Miami – $219/night plus taxes and fees
The W Miami – $369/night plus taxes and fees
Booking through the room block is the only way to access our shuttles to and from the venue.
What are the networking opportunities during the conference?
Live Forum is designed to maximize your opportunities to connect, learn, and grow through:
• Partner Networking: All advisors will have the opportunity to schedule meetings with attending partners throughout the event. Pro + Fora X will participate in speed networking with partners during focused, 9-minute appointments, offering a chance to learn about their offerings and discuss how they can support your business.
• Open Programming: Enjoy increased flexibility in your schedule to explore partner activations, schedule 1x1 appointments with partners in the Live Forum app, and attend our Partner Spotlight Series at the main stage.
• Community Party: A celebratory event to strengthen connections with both advisors and partners in a social setting.
• Breaks & Lunch: Informal opportunities to meet with industry partners and fellow advisors during scheduled breaks and meals.
• Event App: Use the app to browse profiles of attendees, schedule meetings, and stay connected with your new contacts after the event.
