Reminder: Live Forum 2025 is open to Fora Advisors (Certified or Higher) that have met a minimum threshold of $40,000 in commissionable bookings during their time with Fora (lifetime, not year to date). You must meet this requirement at the time of ticket purchase.

What is Live Forum?
Live Forum is Fora’s annual cornerstone event designed to empower you, our advisors, to grow your business while fostering meaningful connections within the Fora community. It’s a chance to learn, network, and engage directly with industry partners, showcasing their offerings and supporting your growth.
When & where is Live Forum 2025?
Live Forum will take place October 14–16, 2025. The two conference days will be held at the Knockdown Center, a vibrant arts-and-concert space.
What are the minimum requirements to attend Live Forum?
Live Forum 2025 is open to Fora Advisors (Certified or Higher) that have met a minimum threshold of $40,000 in commissionable bookings during their time with Fora (lifetime, not year to date). You must meet this requirement at the time of ticket purchase.

Are tickets refundable or transferable?
No, all tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
What is the deadline to secure my ticket?
Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis, and availability is limited. We strongly recommend securing your spot early to ensure you don’t miss out on this exclusive event.
What is the ticket release schedule?
Advisor tickets will launch on April 29 at 12:00PM est. There is no early bird pricing or tiered releases for tickets this year!

Yes! Our flagship NYC conference will be the only Live Forum in 2025. For 2026 & beyond, stay tuned!

Is any of the Live Forum programming optional?
Partner-hosted Experiential Programming during the day on Tuesday (Oct 14) and in the evening on Thursday (Oct 16) are optional. We highly recommend participating to make the most of your Live Forum experience, but it is not required.
All other events & programming are mandatory attendance, including the Welcome Reception & Registration Party at 3:00PM on October 14. This is where you will check-in for the event and receive your name badge.
How do I know which Dine Around I'm attending?
Fora HQ will assign you to a Partner dine around and share the details with you in advance of Live Forum week. These dine arounds will take place around NYC.
What is Partner-Hosted Experiential Programming?
During the day on Tuesday and on Thursday evening, Partners are able to plan and host events and activities for Fora Advisors. These can be site visits, lunches, cocktail parties, or other activities around NYC. We will share all of these experiences prior to Live Forum, and you will be able to sign up for those that interest you!
What are the networking opportunities during the conference?
Live Forum is designed to maximize your opportunities to connect, learn, and grow through:
• Speed Networking: You will be assigned meetings with partners in focused, 10-minute sessions, offering a chance to learn about their offerings and discuss how they can support your business. You’ll walk away with over 30 curated introductions.
• Breakouts Sessions: You will have the opportunity to connect with and learn from advisors at a similar stage in their business through tailored breakout sessions and trainings.
• Community Party: A lively event to strengthen connections with both advisors and partners in a social setting.
• Breaks & Lunch: Informal opportunities to meet with industry partners and fellow advisors during scheduled breaks and meals.
• Event App: Use the app to browse profiles of attendees, schedule meetings, and stay connected with your new contacts after the event.
These curated opportunities are designed to help you build relationships, discover valuable resources, and elevate your business.
What if I am traveling for this event?
Travel costs, including airfare and accommodations, are at your own expense. We will be offering hotel room blocks when tickets launch, which will be available to advisors and partners on a first-come, first-served basis.
When should I plan to arrive and depart?
You should plan to attend all three days of programming, October 14–16. While exact timings are subject to change, you should arrive in New York City no later than 1:00PM on Tuesday, October 14 and depart after the conference ends at 5:00PM on Thursday, October 16.
If you’re participating in additional partner-hosted programming during the day on Tuesday or on Thursday evening, adjust your travel plans accordingly to ensure you can fully participate.
Will there be a remote option if I cannot make it?
At this time, Live Forum is an in-person-only event. A remote option will not be available.
