The package pricing below includes accommodations, transportation, meals (as outlined), guided tours, and internal flights between Johannesburg and Cape Town. International airfare is not included in the land package pricing. You can find flight details and options in the section below.
Please note that children under 2 years old are not included in the “under 12” child rate. They stay complimentary in standard deluxe rooms, provided the total number of guests does not exceed the room’s maximum occupancy. A cot can be provided upon request and is subject to availability.

All group flights will be issued in economy class.
The airfare shown is a slightly inflated estimate based on today’s available fares, as fares are not guaranteed until your deposit is paid. After you indicate your departure airport at registration, we’ll collect your $100 non-refundable deposit and hold your seat on your preferred flight, the final cost may end up being less than the cost displayed.
Booking flights through the Breath of Life travel team ensures the most seamless travel experience. Travelers who choose to book their own airfare are welcome to do so; however, they will be responsible for their own airport transfers upon arrival in Johannesburg and departure from Cape Town.
If you opt out of flights at registration, we cannot guarantee that the same flight pricing will be available should you decide to join the group airfare later. If booking independently, please send Fora Travel your confirmed itinerary so our team can coordinate arrivals and departures for the full group.
Airfare Deposit & Ticketing Requirements:
—A non-refundable $100 per-person flight deposit is required to hold your seat.
—This deposit must be submitted within 5 days of receiving your registration and land deposit to keep your airfare reservation confirmed.
—Once the final balance is settled, Fora travel team will reach out with your confirmed flight details.
—Final Payment for Airfare is due June 1, 2026 and is non-refundable
Passport Requirements
—Travelers are responsible for submitting accurate passport information.
—Passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the return date.
—Any errors in passport details may result in airline change fees or denied boarding, which are the traveler’s responsibility.
Land Deposit & Payment Schedule
—To secure your spot on the trip, a $1,000 per-person non-refundable land deposit is required at registration.
—This deposit confirms your participation in the land portion of the trip and is processed separately from the flight deposit.
If you’d like to opt into a payment plan for the land package, the payment schedule is as follows:
—Deposit: $1,000 per person (due at booking)
—Second installment: January 15: 30% of the remaining balance
—Third installment: March 1: 30% of the remaining balance
—Final payment April 1: remaining balance due in full and non-refundable

If you are not opting into a payment plan, your final payment will be due by April 1, 2026, at which point the trip becomes non-refundable.
